The all new Bucket Filling System has been specifically designed to dispense a variety of Tubs & Buckets (with handles) onto an all Stainless Steel Indexing conveyor. Containers are automatically filled, check weighed and lidded. Tool less container changeovers can be done simply and rapidly by the operator allowing a variety of containers ranging from 2 liters - 10 liters (on the system shown) to be filled and lidded. PLC controlled with operator machine interface and real time production statistics.

The Ultra Sonic Cake & Pizza Cutter System has been specifically designed to transport / centralize and cut round cakes or pizza into segments on an integrated linear conveyor. The number of segments is selected on the operator panel. Once the start button has been pressed the conveyor will start to index. The operator can place an un-cut cake or pizza into the centralizing “v” between indexes. The cake is then indexed to the cutting blade were the cake is cut into the selected segments.
