Apple Food Systems is a custom manufacturer of bakery & food processing equipment, and food processing systems. Our product line includes seven different size ranges of volumetric depositors (filling machines) with weight ranges from as little as one gram per deposit up to 2000 grams per deposit, and with deposit tolerances of less than one gram. Our other products include food transfer pumps and a wide range of custom built stainless steel conveyors including slat band (stainless steel or plastic), poly cord, wire mesh, roller chain and food grade flat belt (self tracking), continuously running or indexing to suit our customers’ individual requirements.
Full turnkey food processing systems that are available include:
• Fully Automated Container De-Nesting and Placing Systems which suit pot, cups, trays and foils and offer the quickest changeover times available.
• Herb And Powder Applicator, which applies a range of herb and spice mixes onto meat in P.E.T. Trays.
• Bucket Filling System, which dispenses a variety of tubs and buckets (with handles) onto an all stainless steel indexing conveyor with tool-less container changeovers, a size range from two liters to ten liters, and containers to be both filled and lidded.
• “Border Free” Pizza Sauce Depositing and Spreading System, offering the versatility of depositing particulated sauce as well as smooth sauces onto uneven and flat pizza bases.
• Multi Functional Compact Cassette Pump System, designed and engineered to offer the ultimate in flexibility for product decoration, depositing and injection.
• Automatic Cherry Placement System, which feeds in whole cherries, halves them, and accurately places the cherries onto the center of any type of confectionery or dessert requiring a decorative finish.
• Ultra Sonic Cake & Pizza Cutter, designed to transport / centralize and cut round cakes into segments on an integrated linear conveyor.
• Gateaux Assembly Line, which provides the maximum level of versatility, with minimum change-over time, for the production of a wide range of Gateaux products.
Our capabilities include in-house design and engineering services and a full service machine shop with 4th-axis CNC as well as conventional turning, milling, grinding, drilling, sawing and tapping capabilities.
